Partnership is looking sad, likely so late in the game, partner could offer an ever so tiny sliver to delcath paying off debt but no cash to delcath imo upfront, taking over all trial costs and manufacturing and selling costs, but residue of company will have to survive on its own. If they like Simpson they will pay her some kind of salary, maybe a pretty nice salary. That scenario shareholders maybe can look forward to some kind of small royalty probably no more than $5 million per year once and if the partner does very, very well down the line.
