They will become huge. Most of your folks who are aging cannot afford condo living and cannot afford to pay the crazy taxes on the homes, so they will probably lean toward buying mobile homes which they may be able to afford, even with lot rent. Amortization of homes and taxes on those homes are killing Americans. Mobile Home living is our future. me thinks.
