GM Sloth, That is a very good question. We know the milestone will not be the annual report because he says "Until then, we can all look forward to the release of our annual report and the first consolidated financial statements for S3." A milestone should not refer to increases in the same business that is already going on IMO, unless it is a significate increase. I can't even venture a guess as to what JB meant.

Another question is, what was meant by: "we expect to utilize the expanding operations of our subsidiary companies to raise S3's profile both in China and in the U.S. capital markets." How will the subs expanding operations raise S3's profile? All S3 has been doing so far is providing funds for the subs' expansion.
