Truth is , there are a number of factors that contribute to Break Even.
1. Number of Dispensaries
2. Number of Subscribers
3. Cost per SMS message. What are dispensaries willing to pay ? Burke probably doesn't know.
4. Fluctuating monthly overhead costs.
No one can predict the Break Even Event,
20 Dispensaries with 500,000 subscribers @ 2 cents per SMS text with 40K / mo overhead works.
But how long will it take to ramp up to 500,000 subscribers in Denver / Boulder? Could be Years .
As the subscriber base grows in size , will dispensaries have enough product available to fulfill the orders ? This could be a major concern for dispensaries. you'd have to switch from Time Based Response ( 60 seconds ) to Volume based response ( first 100 ).
Break Even isn't going to come anytime SOON.
