IS there a link that shows how many 1s are left?

Back in Jan/Feb a few billion 1s were sold. Every time Wayne talks about a divy, million more shares are sold. Is Wayne sitting at home watching the volume and thinking he can just add a zero here and there to keep the endless amount of 1s selling?
