But here is the way Wayne does it.

1) He creates a $1M debt to himself.
2) He takes 5,1B in shares at .0001 as 51% payment of that debt leaving 490K due.
3) He obtains 490K in Toxic funding
4) He pays himself 490K csah.
5) He issues another 10B discounted shares to the Toxics.
6) He issues an upbeat forward looking statement.
7) The toxics dump their shares
8) They do a reverse split.
9) They do it all over again.
