This equates to SEC knew about COMPLAINTS for many, many years and ONLY just now finally making public statement about this??? BS! AFTER so much securities abuses done to Shareholders globally???

What this could be prelude to is some form of hostile takeover should SEC/Feds take Economou out of picture as we have a major shipper here with contracts and assets like never before... This is not a "what if", this is "when" now...
