On the KGET, then G-Pel, Facebook page, which apparently no longer exists, Bobo and Don Willis were even posting "threats" regarding the "evil" posters here on IHUB. Per the Q3 2014 quarterly financial report, THE CLOWN even went so far as to claim that KGET had filed an action against several "John Does". The verbiage then continued, saying one individual had been delivered a "cease & desist" order, but the offender had not responded! A Case# for the civil action in Miami/Dade, i.e. the South Florida Circuit, was included with the comments.
Just to satisfy my curiosity, yesterday I checked PACER to see what actually happened with the South Florida civil action. Big shock! The outcome was never reported to the shareholders by Bobo "THE CLOWN" Linton. Interestingly, even with the "official" case number, which was included in the 2014 report, there was no record of the Defendant or the court proceedings. The case number was deemed "invalid" by PACER. Once again, IMO, it is difficult to arrive at any conclusion other than "Bobo 'THE CLOWN' Linton is a serial liar", when it comes to supporting his personal life-style! The shareholders be damned!
