sorry, I'm not giddy or excited about the "IF" they may or may not happen. I on the other hand believe there will be a verdict in favor of CVM. Your at the other end of that belief. We've been both equally wrong with this stock. I am expecting volume related to news, nothing to do with distributing non registered securities...literally...
I don't agree with your rogue trader theory nor that I'm in more of a problematic position anymore more than I was 6 months ago.
Not quite sure what your seeing in your attempts to read the tape, possible its you that doesn't understand the predicament your in not being able to make up your mind on this stock.
Any real surge in volume I don't intend on adding to my position, if its the return I'm looking for i'll be exiting my position. I'm positioned quite well if it makes a parabolic move. On the other hand if they go belly up, I'm a trader I'm wrong all the time.
