You can trade them, if you're an idiot. Trading in them requires an investment, unless they are free shares. It is redundant to say

OTC and Pink Sheet stocks.

Any sort of serious investor doesn't have time for them. OTCs are for dumb hicks, kids living in mom's basement, inveterate gamblers, and the like.
