This is only speculation on my part, but I think the TA is updating only those parties that are in "official capacity" as they are still named as a defendant in the company lawsuit to recover 54 Million 450 Thousand shares to the treasury of the company and retire. I'm sure this is all being watched VERY CLOSELY at this time and the TA isn't about to make any mistakes with the added scrutiny. JMHO
