Hah. It is very very doubtful there was ever anything like that that went on. There was no reason for it. The company, however, did dilute the stock like crazy, until the O/S was maxed, which left all the debt holders mad as hell..and stuck, for over a year now..going on, what, two? More? Hell if I care.

There's many reasons why this is about to hit rock bottom...with little chance of recovery....
