AVDX is getting their cues from ARYC.

Switching accountants after a long period of no financials buys them additional time from the SEC, from getting delisted because of delinquent filings.

This is exactly the strategy being employed by ARYC. They have no intention of filing their financials.

What a sickening horrendous unmitigated disaster AVDX and ARYC has become.

Mike I do have a request. Do you have the phone numbers for AVDX and ARYC 's Transfer Agent?!

I plan to call both. I have a sneaky suspicion that both share counts are substantially higher!!!
