With Baltia, it is always a "target" date. In the next 8K, I wonder if Baltia will push the date until after the New Year.

After all, Tony claimed that he put the Kalitta lease on hold because he wanted to focus on the deal with Songbird. Clearly, the sensible thing to do was to ensure the deal with Kalitta went through without a hitch. That way, as soon as the acquisition is complete, Baltia would have had an additional plane to work with. But again, that would have been the most sensible thing to do. But again, a company that has been struggling to become operational in 30 years would never do the sensible thing, obviously.

Here is the truth: Kalitta, due to a high demand for its cargo aircrafts, could not honor Baltia's request. That's all! Believe, if you want, uall the mumbo jumbo about "focussing" on the acquisition. For 30 years, Baltia has been pushing dates. The more they do it, the more convincing they sound each time.

So, next target date: January 15, 2018? Or by the end of January, 31, 2018?
