I don't think the Donald wants to buyout a liability. Negative cash flow and debts growing. He is much smarter than that. But if Cgra shareholders could replace the under performing Wright with trump, there would be no more bs. But we all know Wright can't be replaced and he can continue to take all that he wants from Cgra without any consequences.
