Hedge funds and sector specific funds are primarily the only investors in this space given the volatility and knowledge required
mutual funds etc care less sir and don't have the specific knowledge to invest here - it is specialized you need people who have ACTUALLY litigated patents, understand patents (engineers) etc (opposed to swing traders who pretend they have that knowledge)
sorry - but no one who has TRADITIONALLY invested in this sector is investing - and they have no 'penny stock' impediments
