I agree Fink, since FNHI is trading as a new entity. They discarded the baggage associated with the old FNHI. However, if the 10k is continued to be delayed further, I believe Rossi is still straightening out the patent/trademark stuff. When Truxmart is satisfied that there are no patent/trademark issues, the 10K will drop.
