The promises go way back ... I'm a Loyal shareholder and bought into this Company in the spring thinking they were Sooo close ... any day promises keep coming .

1. No dilution
2. Conversions ending
3. Acquisitions will be finalized
4. Big deals coming
5. Filings any day
6. Auditors, etc.

In the Meantime, PPS has plummeted.

I certainly hope my investment one day goes green
