There's no need to do a R/S. BV*K is in the exact same sector and trades at .004... just a couple of weeks ago it was at .006 and their OS is a little over 6.5bil...ours is about 2.4 bil. We're a 3rd of that...this one can see upper .00s and multi pennies soon after. We have the better overall SS not to mention we're current on all filings, yet BV*K is delinquent and is still running back to .006s. We're good here, plus there's no dilution. FILM
