Specific claims?

what is your point?

Not ONCE has he brought up a specific claim

I THINK I HAVE REPEATED HERE ABOUT 100x now, what I or you think about claim validity means JACK

Moreover, what matters even if valid (and I have never said 'invalid' and in fact I clearly stated over an over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over TO YOU SPECIFICALLY) is materiality as that determines damages, and that invalidation in my view would have nothing to do with the patents themselves but more be related to judicial bias- but there you go again, please read this 1765 times or more until it is understood ok? I am tired of repeating arguments to you and others that I have explained many times ok?

And Since no one here is close to able to provide that expertise (insight into materiality) and knowledge (ie as one would need to be a court expert witness on patents)the best guage is the market because within the market as a whole there are MANY REAL INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS WITH REAL PATENT LITIGATION EXPERIENCE (not ones that are swing traders claiming it lol), who are not betting on this company sir.

As such, when that market, which is full of collective intelligence in this sector well beyond the capabilities of anyone and ALL here, says we are valuing the company at the value of the minority stake in merimed, and thus by implication valuing the remaining claims at zero, smart people listen sir.

You have to know what you do know in investing and respect what you don't know. I don't assume I somehow know more than the market in a very specialized area that I don't have experience in. The market has that knowledge and has made a statement on the value of the claims, it seems many here can't accept that reality.

It seems many here cannot separate these issues into components and they need to be sir in analyzing a patent company

1. Validity - what impacts it? Garbage patents or Judicial Bias

2. Materialty - are the claims worth anything

3. Market price - does the market price tell investors something about the above

Many here are ignoring that interplay sir, and it matters, it matters because again, the collective intelligence of the market on the finite and very technologically difficult areas to understand in patent investing is very strong. Those who are PROS and invest in this space ARE NOT endorsing these patents for a reason

I do not assume I know more than those who actually UNDERSTAND the finite details of anything I am not an expert in myself. I guarantee, no one here is an expert on patent quality and patent law.

If those here believe they know more than those pro's in the market good for them
