After much dd on this new spin off, I must say that it may be the best spin ever.....while ungs may appear to be held down by MMs....they are the ones loaning money to the company and receive discounted shares for their services.....this spin off will probably spread out to many other stock plays.....this appears to me to be a finely tuned system....kind of a legal money laundering system....may just big a big, big, BIG success !!!!!!!
