I agree. This play has been heavily accumulated since Aug 7 th up already over 300% . Resistance levels have been broken. 0055 is the next resistance then 0098 second level. Bulls stepped right in at 0012 and they were buying . This is not a Hurrican Play . This was being accumulated way before any hurricane. lol
