One of my folks who also follows PPHM - a retired investment banker - just sent me the following email. To put it mildly - he's not too impressed with Ronin.

Greetings. Couple of comments. Good to have Golfho more active. Sorry that his post was deleted. Most interesting that Gh contacted SW and arrived at the same conclusion that I did that some sort of scam is underway and directed by the Ronin group. Double checked with my group on both coasts and they all strongly agree that Ronin will continue to turn up the heat on R&D/Bavi/Exosomes...........which in the end game they obviously want to own after they achieve control of the BOD. My group thinks it is very easy to see thru their plan. The incessant hammering of R&D/Bavi etc. is just too much beyond the pale. I repeat that Ronin started their DD in the Fall and completed it well before their stock purchases began. So why would they buy the stock after completion of DD if Bavi et al were worthless? So their supposed focus is on Avid which in a couple of years could have a rev run rate of 100 MM and a gpm margin between $44MM and $48MM which would translate into $2 per share using the former 300MM shares. I repeat that our group was not born yesterday. We have all listened to too many frauds pitching junkerooo. So we concur, the existing powers that be are likely going to execute at least one or two JV style deals with modest upfront cash - milestones, and of course royalties - in the very near future {this month ??}. Your thoughts regarding a regional exosome deal possibly coming first seems reasonable, although the MSK connection and related new board entrants could preempt all. Finally, the delay in seeing the proxy materials lends credence that something is up.
