This action came out of the blue..It has never been mentioned in any form previously....perhaps it stemmed from issues found in processing the 10K...lessons well learned...????...also it may be the NO SHAREHOLDER VOTING that was wanted...No need for shareholder voting which is costly and causes much extra bookkeeping for the company...I think no vote OK

Well a records check would not show up w/o prejudice, the records check would be under new name. So maybe it is to bypass the w/o prejudice dilemma.
