We have signed everything and we are waiting for the final steps. The new CEO and management will be making announcements as soon as the merger details are posted. In the case of SUTI, there we have a new CEO who is working with OTC Markets directly. In both cases, I have resigned from the companies and I'm no longer a CEO, officer or a director.
