CEO Tomas and CSO Comella just got another FREE OPTION GRANT (looks to me like he's trying AGAIN, to stack the insider ownership voting structure to maintain control)...other than that...NOTHING.
Knutson just registered the FREE SHARES Northstar received as part of the lawsuit settlement, a sham-wow special if you ask me. Got their worthless insider held "preferred shares", all converted to free-trading common shares. SHAZAM, imagine that, AND got Tomas and Comella a piece of the action too. Tell me that one doesn't stink to high heaven, LOL ???
