Highly doubtful. They have spent a lot of time and money. Not to mention they have remarks to a lot of folks, including me, that they would never have started down this road if they did not plan to carry through to the end.
More likely the criminal BOD "family members" selling so they don't get associated with manipulating the stock price once the board is turned over and shareholder analysis is done. What was that hedge fund company that Swartz is associated with?
