I think the question is, do they have a choice? We need to come up with $60M before FDA approval can happen according to leadership.

They only can do that if they have the money to continue operations. What if they don't have the money to continue? Do they just sit where they are for possibly months on top of months hoping someone decides to fund them? Or take an offer (that is obviously discounted from what it would be post FDA) and get something out of it?
