if they get to FDA they buyout is very high. personally i think 60 million was very high and Mcnally did that as to build in buffer as to not shock anyone as to what they could need.
that being said even if it is 40 million it needs to come from somewhere.
companies like this limp to the finish line i know. but that is a lot of capital to find.
