No need to be hypertechnical on here. We aren't in the Fannie Mae court room.

I think everyone can recognize the word 'move' had the same meaning as the word 'motion', including the former Chief Justice.

Its called a motion to strike, not a move to strike. Theres no such thing as a move to strike.
