It does look like fake market maker trading.

I'm guessing people (holding shares) are waiting for the proxy statement. Most have been here years, what is another week (or more).


I've also been busy watching, fight of the Bumblebees.

Hasbro is suing DC over the Bumblebee trademark. DC's Bumblebee is older (late 1970's), but, Hasbro trademarked theirs in 2015 (for their Transformer's Bumblebee movie).
