Touché, but when a company says they are setting up a fund to finance future projects, it would be silly if they didn't and decided not to create the fund to accept investments.
I'm confident and optimistic BLDV will get the ball rolling on this and begin accepting investments for the real estate fund. Many shareholders are looking for progress on this.
All I can say is I'd rather be in ahead of that news than chasing after the news.
