No confirmation, just based on my past observations and experience.
They also said no money will be needed, before they announced the ATM.

If they going on their own with QST, they better have enough money to launch it (and a good plan too).
I would still like to see a partner and I hope they'll get one.

(BTW: I start buying back trading shares I sold above $3, but we still have an open gap at $2.76)
