OWCP when initiated by Razor in Oct 2016 was at .01. For those with the insight, foresight and patience to buy/add/hold it was a jackpot for those who followed! One of many many great calls!!!
I totally agree that's an incredible run!! A 10 bagger! But now he's saying the target is only .40 to .50 from around .30 which isn't really THAT big of a deal.
