Also, they seem to be acquiring other companies left and right, but they don't seem to be able to do anything with those.
That's because they are probably pocketing the buy money somehow that is generated by using their own stock as currency, fleecing shareholders. Buying is from a "friend" who kicked them back 80% of it. Seen it a million times on American Greed, most common scam out there.
