PPS has nothing to do with selling price of the company it would be the projected revenues with the pipeline and their technology it still would be decent depending on what you got in at still say $.50 to a dollar a share more as soon as we get the warning letter removed a couple A&E A's approved approving technology you may see it north of a dollar buyout price even without our Sequest fox

Based on the last call they popped that bubble dream saying they are considering going alone. Most stupid choice ever. Never works for tiny pharma.
