The deal that pulled me into this stock was the Viking merger which seems to have vanished. It was supposed to generate $7.5M in revenue and $2.5M in accretive profits. So you caution is well founded. I am still here because the scenario is better than any other I have seen in my many years of trolling the OTCBB. You are correct...we will see if Tom comes through.

Yes, I've read the history too, and know exactly what could happen. I've already made my 10-bagger and am riding profit now. But my sell finger is cocked and ready if things head south bigly.
Oh, and the idea of holding off reporting good news until current? I bought in at $.0006...what could possibly have gone wrong going current then? Being delinquent is a FAR worse situation than coming clean and getting current, regardless of what the news is.
