It may be. If I never pay my TA I won't ever get an account. So pay the TA.
Again getting an account is easy but if you have no money and don't pay your bills your not going anywhere.
It takes 5 minutes to pay the TA with a wire or credit card. Another 20 minutes to apply for an account on OTC and 5 minutes more to pay the fee. Once you have that don't you should have an account in less than 35 hours.
Filling out the forms to get a green light fully reporting will take a day. An attorney letter can be a day or a week but has no effect on having an OTC account.
The assumption has to be such a awesome management team would pay their bills.
If they can't achieve those trival details rest assured they won't ever be a fully reporting company as they allege.
