If this company has no plan, no move ahead, who would accept over 3 billion shares as payment?

Anyone wanting to sell them for .0001 or slightly more, and walk with at least $300,000! Got any ideas as to who might be interested in pulling off such a "stunt"? Maybe the shares were NOT a traditional "real payment"!
