According to gottliebs blog on FDA he was hoping to have guidelines out for RMAT September first. But the ultimate deadline is December 13th. So anywhere from tomorrow til then guidelines will be released. Knowing how government works they are so slow and most likely won't be out tomorrow the 1st. Sometime late fall is my best guess
