Almost 73,000 shares traded at the bid, only 10,000 of those were before I posted.

I think most, of here, know $5 isn't coming. Although, depending on how much IP POW! has, I think "fair value" can be between $1 and $5.

POW! sold a single IP to Magic Storm Entertainment for $500,000 upfront, with another $375,000 due when principle photography started on a movie (which hasn't happened). On the low end of value, I see the "fair value" on average at least $500,000 for POW!'s IP (even the IP in the hands of other companies).

We know that the TV show "Stan Lee's Lucky Man" has brought in more than $500,000 for POW!. The third season means it is worth even more.

My valuations move higher, when taking into account comparable sales.
