There are a fair number of us that have been around for a while. I've been here since February of last year. There have been ups and downs, but Jan has been consistent in his integrity throughout.
He has been honest even when it wasn't convenient (such as in this situation). I believe that he wouldn't have intentionally let this happen. Whether he lost track of the conversion date (which admittedly would not be a good thing) or some factor outside of his control caused this to happen, I feel confident saying that he genuinely wanted to avoid having any shares convert. Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if Power Up was playing him and this stock so that they could convert.
All that said, I'm still a believer...but a statement of some sort wouldn't hurt.
