Didn't hold its pop like I thought either.

That may be telling. No upward or downward pressure.

Think there will be slight upward movement as it floats. Would like to see it float to the 3.7* range before close.

I see a new upward trend starting approximately at 10:30.

She always pulls back, but no matter because this is good from perspective seeing the price hold, which reveals the positions here until the next update. Its a low float anyhow so this can change quickly! Some never hold over the weekend so perhaps you'll get the entry point your gaging.
