If you go back and read the recent PR's it is states several times that the company and legal team have supplied finra with all the required documents. The time frame the company used was provided by finra as well. Currently based on what has been stated the approval time line is in finra's hands. The company is clearly keeping up by checking with finra but they don't have any control on when finra approves the name and ticker change.
So we simply wait until Finra posts the approval. The company has done what they needed to do.
