If you want out, that's the price you have to sell at. Buyers can afford to be patient with this one as news comes infrequently. Sellers on the other hand may want money for something else (bitcoin?) that is hot right now.

So the advantage goes to the buyer. I predicted .03 to .05 when this was in the teens, for this very reason. It'll pop on news, but we have no idea when that will be -- or if the news will even be positive. I hope Parsi can get nontoxic financing that isn't too dilutive, but who knows? The time to have done an offering was when this was on the upswing.
