Thats absolutely right winnotlose. This stock is a scam in my opinion. They only release tweets about pending news so that some idiots will buy the day before and they can sell some more diluted shares to the public to line their pockets some more.
Then the news hits and its terrible. Makes the PPS drop even lower.
Any time this CEO announces pending news, people should sell because it drops every time.
At this point, if the company just stooped doing anything all together, no more acquisitions, no more diluting, no more revamping obsolete websites, no more ANYTHING... we would be better off. As a shell company it could at least get back up to 0004 or 0005.
