At the time I spoke with them they were on the sidelines waiting for Ronin's next move which was shortly followed by Ronin's letter to shareholders. Soon thereafter Tappan increased their position.

Interesting how Tappan "waited" to see what Ronin Capital Management did ...as if they were a group and one group member (Tappan) did not want to buy till some signal given ....

I don't know, but how do groups normally group together like so and is this the beginning where if Tappan likes to wait and see what Ronin group does then is it safe to say the group just got bigger?

Something does not make sense here, where the group wants a change of control at Peregrine Pharmaceuticals and then wants to appoint Independent (unbiased I hope!) Group to give a value of PS Targeting patents/pipeline....?

Question which is very important to, IF an unbiased assessment by an Independent group is allowed ....BUT WITHOUT ALL THE FACTS of ALL collaboration data (including nondisclosed collaboration data...), would that be a fair value assessment ?

The answer is NO and lawsuits filed immediately to HALT any such sale without all data made available

We are back at square one and I would like all to reach out to Ronin group and ask why they are not filing to force all nondisclosures past and present to be made available
