Timeframe on any news regarding additional products other than Hygeia. Any info on contracts...probably a long shot but worth a try.

Are there any possible mergers or contracts coming our way that he can inform us about
When will the preorders will start in September?
If he wants to throw a party for all the shareholders when he uplists to nasdaq

Don't just ask if they plan to dilute shares. Ask in a more defined way.
How is their cash position and how long can they maintain cash on hand without needing to dilute?

What type of marketing is planned for the socks? Only social media? TV? Magazine? Radio?

Is he really speaking the truth about uplisting without reverse split?. I personally find that to be a pipe dream when we are below a penny at this moment.
A HUGE catalyst would have to happen for the uplist to be reality.

- what tier UATG plans to uplist to
- what's their current cash on hand balance and plans for it
- current debt balance
- any plans of changes to share structure
- When will Everest begin work
- Total number of FT / PT employees
