I called the OTC several times. Once I was given 3 different stories by two phone jockeys and one manager on the same damn day....THEY WERE ALL WRONG on at least one point or another.
Your oversimplification of this process is just pure bullshit!!
1.If there are overdue fees from prior management= Delay
2.If The TA is not sending the required list because OLD management never paid them either.= Delay
3. And there is a 9 page document as well that u fail to mention.= Delay
SEVERAL factors can change this process from Pay and Play to "It's going to be 3-4 weeks or more to get everything done IF ITS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!!
