It's coming IMO Ricosauve. Today is the end of August, so the 8k could be as early as next week. Hopefully it comes before the chart re-setters/groups, Market Makers, flippers, GEQU disgruntled, GEQU impatient, GEQU competitors, and manipulators try to push this down in the 2's before the 8k. If they complete what they said they should complete those 2 or 3 days over 10 million shares traded can be achieved IMHO, and perhaps even much more.
If it does get pushed down, their are so many here wanting millions it will be but a blip if it happens. I haven't been in the mindset that it will get pushed down in the 2's and have been adding here. Of course I wasn't in the mindset it would be where it is now either so who knows. But if it does I doubt many of us will get our bid fill when their are so many that would grab them.
Only reason it is where it is IMO, is because as Enzo once said...Paraphrasing here but it is on point: we learned not to put out press releases until we complete what we are trying to achieve. Things just didn't get done when we expected them too. Not to mention the NDA's https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-disclosure_agreement
So they don't put out fluffy puffy press releases and that is a fact! It has been nearly, or over 3 months since we have had a PR. What penny stock does this? None that I know of. They all fluff and puff. GEQU has learned not too!
Lets don't forget as you said..."Enzo also said that it should all be in place by the end of summer". End of summer is September 22nd 2017 and I for one am in no hurry being this isn't my only investment. If they complete the funds closing by the end of summer I definitely give them a grace period and some wiggle room to press release after that date. But if they don't get things done this will get ugly real fast.
